The Opportunity
As QC Technician – Microbiology, you will work in the Quality Microbiological laboratory. You will have the opportunity to hold a varied position, working on tasks like executing and reviewing routine and non-routine sample analyses, performing method validations for analyses, and providing support in the implementation of projects. You will also be involved in microbiological supervision of production departments to ensure quality requirements are met.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Performing Investigations (gDR), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), trending, Out of Specifications analyses (gLIR)
- Drafting and reviewing SOP’s
- Advising management on the feasibility of analysis methods
- Compiling and checking final microbiology reports
- Training and instructing operators in microbiological activities
Your Experience and Qualifications
You preferably have a bachelor’s degree in microbiology or life science and experience and knowledge of GMP. Additional experience with identification of microorganisms or Environmental monitoring is expected.
We believe you are a highly motivated professional with experience in a regulated industry, preferably in Pharmaceuticals/Biotech. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
