Job Description
Join our Analytical Services team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you will play a crucial role in chemical analysis using HPLC, GC, and KF techniques. Your work will contribute to the development of life-enhancing therapies and treatments, making a positive impact on global health.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze chemical development and formulation samples
- Plan and execute experiments
- Maintain accurate records, author reports, and communicate results
- Troubleshoot instruments and experiments
- Demonstrate understanding of scientific principles and drug development regulations
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in lab sciences such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Material Science, Immunology, Biology, Molecular Biology or similar
- Assoc Scientist: Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0-2+ years’)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Expertise in analytical chemistry, HPLC, GC, KF, and impurity analysis
- Ability to work in a team environment applying GMPs and GLPs
- Proficiency in scientific documentation and communication
