Job Description for Thermo Fisher Scientific Internship

How will you make an impact?
- Partner with leadership on efficiency improvement initiatives
- Engage in process review and recommend improvements
- Learn continuous improvement methodologies
- Adhere to safety and quality regulations
- Contribute to technical reports and product summaries
- Collaborate cross-functionally on product commercialization
Start Date: Internship begins May 12th or June 16th, 2025, lasting 10-12 weeks.
Compensation & Relocation: Hourly rate: $21.50 – $28.75 (depending on location) with a relocation stipend of $5,000 if applicable.
Qualifications for Thermo Fisher Scientific Internship
- Undergraduate student in Engineering or Life Sciences, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
- No work experience required, previous internships preferred
- Demonstrated track record of integrity, innovation, and involvement
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range for this position in California is estimated at $21.00โ$24.00, with additional benefits such as medical and dental plans, paid time off, and retirement savings programs.
