Responsibilities:
- Provide microbial technical support to production facilities and internal laboratories
- Conduct microbiological analysis of various products
- Troubleshoot microbial issues in collaboration with production facilities and farmers
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure timely testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, molecular biology, or related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in biological, molecular, or dairy testing labs
- Ability to work at least one weekend day and some holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, standing, and/or walking
- Lifting up to 55 lbs.
- Vision for machine or computer operations
- Hearing
