About the Role
We are seeking a bioinformatician with experience in developing biological databases for an online biological database project. The role involves utilizing Python, MySQL, Java, PHP, and HTML to develop and deploy the database.
About You
- MSc in bioinformatics
- 2+ years of bioinformatics programming experience
- Strong skills in Python, Java, shell scripting in Linux
- Proficiency in MySQL database design, PHP, and HTML
- Knowledge in molecular biology preferred
