Job Description: USC Lab Technician II</h3>

As a Lab Technician II, you will provide routine lab support for Immune Monitoring and Flow Cytometry, which includes blood processing, cell isolation, and human specimen processing/storage (blood, solid tumors, urine, stool). The technician will also be responsible for equipment preparation and maintenance, inventory management, and generating technical reports under the supervision of the Technical Director.

Key Responsibilities

USC Lab Technician II: Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Preferred Bachelor’s in life science; minimum High school or equivalent with combined experience/education
  • Experience: Minimum 6–12 months; combined education/experience as a substitute for minimum experience; preferred ≥1–2 years hands-on basic/clinical research (primary cell isolation, PBMC)
  • Minimum Field of Expertise: Ability to follow detailed instructions, both oral and written

Required Skills

    • At least 1 year hands-on experience in basic or clinical research, particularly in isolation of primary cells.
    • Team-oriented research experience.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
