UT Southwestern Postdoc: Job Description
The UT Southwestern postdoc will design and run experiments, lead projects through publication, and engage in various laboratory tasks. Responsibilities include mouse husbandry, ocular procedures, retinal dissections, and retinal phenotyping using techniques such as OCT, ERG, and fundus imaging. The role also involves molecular and cellular biology techniques, including NGS, single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, CRISPR genome engineering, AAV gene delivery, immunohistochemistry, and image analysis. Additionally, the researcher will prepare manuscripts and grants and mentor students.
