KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Execute experiments while working closely with drug discovery scientists to discover therapeutic targets/biomarkers for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease
Learn imaging techniques and downstream image processing and analyses
Handle human and mouse brain tissues
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science discipline or related field
- Must be enrolled in university during the internship period
- Strong interest in Neuroscience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with basic immunohistochemistry
- Microscopy skills
- Background in basic statistics
- Quantitative mindset and computer programming experience
