Job Description:
As a Quality Control Analyst, you will join the Quality Control department for Advanced Therapies at JNJ Biologics B.V. and play a pivotal role in testing, method qualification, and ensuring the highest standards in production support. Your work will directly impact the release of novel therapies in a GMP-compliant environment and contribute to the future of personalized medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control, release, and stability testing for advanced therapies.
- Execute complex lab tests (e.g., ELISA, qPCR, dPCR, bioassays) with a high level of accuracy and documentation.
- Review and approve laboratory data from team members to ensure compliance and quality.
- Participate in method development, validation, and implementation activities.
- Support internal team training and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with QA, Analytical Development, and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with ELISA, cell-based assays, qPCR/dPCR, and mammalian cell culture.
- Sound knowledge of GMP standards and quality documentation.
- Experience with systems such as Truvault, eLIMS, or Summit (preferred).
- Full working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
