ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring for the role of Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II) dedicated to oncology studies across New York. As a CRA II, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Phase II/III clinical trials in oncology, ensuring quality, compliance, and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact between investigational sites and the sponsor
- Conduct various site visits including selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out
- Ensure site compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulations
- Maintain documentation in CTMS and eTMF systems
- Support site staff training and compliance
- Monitor patient safety and ensure accurate AE/SAE/PQC reporting
- Assist in subject recruitment and retention efforts
- Oversee drug accountability and storage
- Resolve data queries and ensure quality data entry
- Document site progress and escalate risks to the clinical team
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
- 2+ years of on-site monitoring experience
- Experience in oncology, preferably including Prostate Cancer and Lung Cancer
- Proficient in ICH-GCP and clinical systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
