QA Job at Lilly – Job Description
The Quality Assurance Specialist โ Manufacturing Compliance (2nd Shift) will provide QA support to manufacturing operations during off-shift hours. This includes on-the-floor support, compliance guidance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory readiness and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide QA support during second shift/weekend hours.
- Conduct on-the-floor support, GDP guidance, batch record review, and comment resolution.
- Perform QA walkthroughs, data integrity reviews, and assess deviations or CAPAs.
- Review and approve SOPs, reports, equipment/method qualifications, and batch tickets.
- Support inspections, technology transfers, and product launches.
- Ensure sustainable compliance with regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11.
- Act as a compliance resource for cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, validation, and quality control.
QA Job at Lilly – Educational Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Biology, or related science (or relevant work experience).
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
