About the Internship

The Food Science Intern – Beverage Applications role offers a 10–12-week paid internship at our South Brunswick, NJ site. This program is designed to give students hands-on exposure to food formulations, sensory evaluation, product testing, and R&D projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and testing new food and beverage formulations.

  • Conduct sensory evaluations and analyze consumer insights.

  • Support shelf-life and stability studies under different storage conditions.

  • Maintain lab equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.

  • Document experimental procedures and prepare technical reports.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in C&D, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Food Engineering.

  • Completed at least the sophomore year of undergraduate study.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Interest in human testing of flavors and fragrances.
