Gold Standard Diagnostics Horsham LLC, a Eurofins Technologies company, is seeking a Quality Specialist to support microbiology QA/QC operations. You will ensure that culture media and microbiological products meet rigorous GMP/ISO standards and regulatory requirements, while contributing to product validation and documentation.
Microbiology Jobs at Eurofins- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and document routine QC testing on finished goods, intermediates, and raw materials.
- Review production worksheets and material specifications for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain laboratory inventory of supplies and bacterial strains.
- Ensure calibration and verification of all laboratory equipment.
- Create and publish lot-specific Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
- Draft and review technical documentation, including SDS and Instructions for Use.
- Document non-conformances, deviations, and CAPAs; perform troubleshooting on non-conforming products.
- Plan and execute equipment validations and prepare final validation reports.
- Initiate and review changes within the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Assist with new product development, including formulation and shelf life/stability studies.
Quality Specialist Role- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in microbiology, QC, or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with microbiological testing, culture media, and analytical techniques.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and relevant regulatory standards.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
