About the Regulatory Intern Role
Join the skilled and collaborative team at Sensient Technologies! We are seeking a Summer 2026 Regulatory Intern to support internal and external customers with regulatory resources. You will help maintain technical documents on raw materials and support the deduplication project. This full-time onsite internship runs late May through mid-August.
Note: Candidates must be local to Chicagoland or Southern Wisconsin. Housing is not provided.
What You’ll Do

Maintain product information databases accurately.

Serve as a secondary resource for non-routine or confidential data requests.

Follow regulatory procedures to ensure compliance with Sensient policies.

Use authorized systems for efficiency and consistency.

Cross-train with team members to balance workload and support projects.

Communicate effectively with relevant personnel; ensure information is understood.

Develop and apply technical skills while seeking continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years of coursework toward a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, or related field.

No prior regulatory experience required.

Knowledge of food composition/chemistry is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Ability to interpret technical information and apply it appropriately.

Strong multitasking, prioritization, flexibility, and project management skills.

Primary language: English; preferred secondary languages: French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
