Educational Requirements:
- BTEC, BSc, or MSc in Natural Sciences
- Degree in Biotechnology or other biological fields
- Education in chemistry or biology-related disciplines is mandatory
Key Responsibilities for QC Analyst role:
- Perform quality control activities at the Rehovot facility
- Conduct in-process control tests for R&D, logistics, and manufacturing
- Test raw materials and final products
- Perform stability-related testing and reassays
- Develop analytical methods when required
- Promote continuous improvement in routine QC activities
- Establish and maintain Quality Control forms and procedures
- Support Quality Control tasks across other SIAL/company QC laboratories
Skills Required for QC Analyst role:
- Experience with ELISA, SDS-PAGE, WB, IHC, FACS, and HPLC
- Strong background in chemistry and biology testing
- Previous industrial experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Hebrew and English
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
