Clinical Training Program Description
The Women’s Health Clinical Training Program Field Specialist (CTPFS) will execute and manage event types as designed within the Clinical Training Programs (CTPs), which provide an innovative way to meet unmet needs in the current training model. The position will work closely with women’s health professionals, academic centers, healthcare organizations, and business partners to support educational and training objectives. All activities will be conducted according to the policies and procedures outlined in the Reference Manual.
The Program was developed by Organon to ensure healthcare professionals receive appropriate instruction and training regarding procedures involved in the use of the company’s birth control implant product. Only licensed healthcare professionals who successfully complete the training program are eligible to order the product. The objective of the program is to instruct healthcare professionals on the prescribing label review and provide hands-on simulation training for insertion, localization, removal, and reinsertion procedures associated with the birth control implant product.
Required Qualifications
Clinical Training Program candidates should possess a strong educational foundation and relevant professional experience.
Education
- BS Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- One to two years of professional experience.
- Experience in life sciences or a scientific field is preferred.
- High level of customer service experience.
- Experience supporting field sales teams or healthcare providers.
- Background in event planning or training coordination.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of compliance-related concepts, laws, and regulations governing pharmaceutical and vaccine marketing and sales activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

- Execute regulatory guidelines governing Training Programs, including required disclosures regarding program development and trainers engaged by Organon.
- Organize the end-to-end process required to set up, execute, and complete Training Program events.
- Collaborate with the Training Program team and points of contact responsible for training requests.
- Partner with the Clinical Account Specialist sales team, Regional Managers, and other commercial team members.
- Work closely with third-party vendors to ensure successful program delivery.
- Coordinate training activities with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations.
- Support women’s health education initiatives through structured training programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable program policies and procedures.
