Medical Affairs Internship: Job Description

MxO helps ensure that patients and healthcare professionals have access to trusted information and appropriate support for the safe and effective use of medicines, while enabling innovative, efficient, and compliant ways of working across the organization. These Medical Affairs internship roles will primarily support Medical Information and Named Patient activities, while also contributing to wider Medical Affairs initiatives, helping to deliver services and projects that make a difference to patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to medical enquiries from healthcare professionals and members of the public about Boehringer Ingelheim medicines by phone and email.
- Create and maintain medical content resources, including medical information standard responses, frequently asked questions, and digital content.
- Assist with the named patient provision of unlicensed medication, including receiving, tracking, and responding to requests.
