QC Internship – Description
The Givaudan QC Intern will engage in various tasks that contribute to quality control processes within Givaudan. This role is designed for students who are required to undertake an internship for academic credit, providing them with hands-on experience in a professional setting.
Job Responsibilities
- Get involved in analysis and trials as part of data validation / troubleshooting
- Support on alignment of Sensory Evaluation Testing methods
- Support on the rollout of Global Sensory Program
- Support to improve process & establish standard practice for sensory & analytical
- Support layout study, improve process & establish standard practices in Quality Lab
- Support implementation of new Ethanol Quantification method.
- Data collection for ongoing projects
- Utilize AI to craft daily QL board to track performance metrics, and possible automation of data.
Eligibility Criteria Required For QC Internship
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science (or relevant fields)
- Must undertake this internship as part of a school requirement/credit-bearing initiative
- Ability to commit full-time without attending classes during the internship period
