Job Description:
We are seeking an Associate Scientist to join Q2 Solutions at our Indianapolis, IN location. As an Associate Scientist in the Biotransformation team, you will play a key role in conducting and reporting biotransformation studies as well as collaborating with senior staff to ensure study success.
Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks associated with in vitro and in vivo metID studies.
- Develop, implement, and troubleshoot analytical methods for drug metabolite analysis.
- Conduct metabolic profiling and analyze MS/MS data for metabolite structures as Biotransformation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for service quality.
- Interpret MS/MS data and prepare reports for study deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field preferred for Biotransformation.
- Experience with analytical method development and metabolic profiling.
- Proficiency in MS and MS/MS data analysis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as Biotransformation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment and software.
