Job Description
The Associate Scientist will play a vital role in seasoning development, product testing, and commercialization for industrial customers. This position involves hands-on experimentation, ingredient exploration, and data interpretation to ensure high-quality product performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support innovative seasoning development through concept ideation, bench-top testing, and commercialization.
- Provide product development support for industrial customers.
- Design and manage experiments to test new seasoning applications.
- Assess and investigate new ingredients and technologies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret test data effectively.
- Develop expertise in seasoning ingredients, their vendors, and performance attributes.
Required Qualifications
BS and/or MS in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
MS degree in Food Science or related field.
Experience and Skills
- Ability to interpret scientific, sensory, and analytical data.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and customers.
- High ownership, professional commitment, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent working ability with strong innovative thinking.
