Job Description
As an Associate Scientist in High Throughput Analytics, you will support process and cell line development through advanced analytical techniques. This role offers opportunities to develop and execute H/UPLC and capillary-based separations methods, work with cutting-edge informatics platforms, and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute H/UPLC and capillary-based separation methods for biotherapeutics.
- Utilize chromatography data systems and informatics platforms to analyze and distribute results.
- Improve the efficiency and capacity of analytical testing and methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore innovative solutions.
- Present findings and insights in team meetings and presentations.
- Stay updated with trends in characterization and analysis of large molecules.
- Ensure curiosity-driven exploration leads to measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- BS in Biochemistry, Biology, Bioengineering, or related field with 2+ years of industry experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning.
- Experience in chromatography, analytical chemistry, and method development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with HPLC/UPLC systems and chromatography data systems.
- Familiarity with capillary electrophoresis and troubleshooting instrumentation (preferred).
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds with assistance.
