Job Description
As an Analyst I/II – Cell-Based at BioAgilytix, you will perform validation studies through the analysis of biological samples. You will work on diverse projects involving biologics, proteins, peptides, small molecules, and biomarkers while being trained to become a well-rounded scientist. This role is crucial to delivering high-quality data and supporting sponsor projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently run assays and adhere to directives
- Prepare buffers and participate in sample analysis
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments
- Use the LIMS system for data management
- Perform accurate pipetting and follow safety requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation in line with GxP guidelines
- Support sponsor projects with precise record-keeping and reporting
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, biotechnology, or related field.

Master’s degree in a related field with academic lab exposure.
Experience and Skills:
- For Analyst I: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with at least 1 year of lab experience.
- For Analyst II:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of lab experience
- Master’s degree with 1+ year of lab experience
- Experience with immunoassay platforms (ELISA, MSD-ECL, RIA, DELFIA, HTRF, AlphaScreen)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow lab protocols
- Effective teamwork and multi-tasking abilities
- GxP experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel and Word
