As the Biomanufacturing Associate I, I will play a crucial role in CRLโs gene therapy manufacturing function, ensuring the timely production and release of quality products based on client specifications.
Biomanufacturing Associate Job Opportunity – Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform downstream manufacturing tasks under cGMP, GLP, and SOP guidelines.

Support upstream operations like buffer/media prep, autoclaving, and material staging.

Operate, maintain, and clean biomanufacturing equipment.

Follow aseptic techniques and gowning protocols in cleanroom settings.

Ensure accurate batch record documentation and compliance with GDP standards.

Identify and report deviations, process issues, or safety concerns promptly.

Handle biological, chemical, and hazardous materials per OSHA standards.

Maintain organized, sanitized workspaces to prevent contamination.

Engage in continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Biomanufacturing Associate Job Opportunity – Job Qualifications
- Education:
- High School Diploma + 2 years relevant experience
- OR Associate Degree + 1 year of experience
- OR Bachelorโs Degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Bioengineering, or related fields
- Experience: 0-2 years of related experience
- Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and computer proficiency
Compensation Data
The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and location.
