Job Role
As a Production Associate I, youโll play a vital role in manufacturing Apligraf, a living biotechnological product used in advanced wound care. This Production Associate job is entry-level, offering hands-on experience in aseptic processing under the guidance of expert supervisors. Working in both Class 100 and Class 10K cleanrooms, youโll ensure the safe, timely, and high-quality production of a product that changes lives.
How You Will Achieve It:
- Manufacture Apligraf according to Master Batch Records and Operating Procedures.
- Prepare all media and sanitizing agents used in production areas.
- Adhere to cGMP, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain precise documentation and ensure compliance with quality systems.
- Operate cleanroom equipment while upholding top safety and quality standards.
- Support team objectives by following standard operating procedures and best practices.
Job Requirements:.
- Knowledge of GMP and cleanroom environments preferred.
- Experience in aseptic techniques, GMP, or cleanroom protocols beneficial.
- Basic laboratory and technical skills essential for this Biotechnology job.
Physical Requirements:
- Medium work; lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
- Stand up to 6.5 hours per day in cleanroom environments.
- Pre-employment physical and lift test required.
