Eligibility Criteria For BioVision Molecular Biology Jobs
- Ph.D. degree in biochemistry, molecular biology or related fields.
- Experience in PCR, qPCR, development of DNA and RNA polymerase reagents.
- Experience in expressing recombinant proteins in E. coli.
- Established protein, DNA and RNA assay techniques and other basic lab skills.
- Knowledge of enzymatic activity assays.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and launch novel molecular biology products for the life science research market.
- Support the molecular biology product line.
- Read relevant literature and keep current.
- Carry out feasibility analyses for new products.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Scientist who has strong background and bench working experience in development of polymerase mixes for PCR, qPCR and RT-PCR products. The successful candidate has hands-on experience of enzyme expression, purification and enzyme characterization. The scientist will develop novel molecular biology reagents and kit products. This position has management responsibility for one Research Associate.
