Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology preferred.

Experience or academic background in food formulation and product development.

Strong analytical, mathematical, and reasoning skills.

Bilingual ability preferred; excellent communication skills required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook) and ERP systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Formulate and analyze soups and noodle products, blending creativity with traditional food science.

Benchmark competitor products and incorporate consumer insights into new product concepts.

Lead activities in product development, from ideation and prototyping to standardization, cost analysis, and product launch.

Select new materials, negotiate vendor pricing, and update sourcing to optimize cost efficiency.

Conduct stability testing and evaluate flavor, texture, nutritional content, and shelf-life.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, marketing, plant management, and external partners.

Conduct production trials to ensure the successful launch of new and revised products.

Stay up to date with food labeling, regulations, and additives to ensure compliance.

Prepare technical documents such as test reports, formulations, and standard processes.

Present findings, product demonstrations, and updates to stakeholders and customers.

Manage lab materials, inventory, and supplies.
