Job Summary:
The Associate Scientist/Engineer at Bristol Myers Squibb will lead investigation reports in support of S12 CAR T operations. Responsibilities include conducting thorough root cause investigations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, authoring investigation reports, proposing corrective and preventive actions, and troubleshooting complex issues.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience in deviation investigations and root cause analysis tools
- Knowledge of CAPA processes and effectiveness verification
- Strong technical writing and collaboration skills
Education and Experience:
A Bachelorโs Degree in science or engineering, preferably in Biochemistry or a related discipline, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a health authority-regulated environment are required. Experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, especially CAR T, is preferred for Job.
Duties and Responsibilities for BS Life Science Job Opportunity:
- Conduct thorough investigations by utilizing root cause analysis tools
- Lead cross-functional investigation teams and close reports promptly
- Collaborate with stakeholders to propose effective CAPAs
Working Conditions (US Only):
- 80% to 90% office-based work for Job
- 10% to 20% in manufacturing and/or laboratory settings
- Occasional travel between NJ sites for training or meetings
