Job Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expertise
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of laboratory procedures, protocols, and best practices in clinical microbiology.

Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer training.
  • Training and Optimization
  • Provide training to laboratory staff on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of microbiology diagnostic instruments.
  • Assist customers in setting up and optimizing laboratory workflows for efficient microbiology testing.

Installation and Validation

  • Conduct product installations, validations, and performance verifications at customer sites.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of clinical microbiology principles, techniques, and practices.
  • Experience in a clinical microbiology laboratory preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Qualifications

Previous experience in the IVD-Industry application support and a good understanding of lab IT environment would be advantageous.
