Job Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expertise
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of laboratory procedures, protocols, and best practices in clinical microbiology.
Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer training.
- Training and Optimization
- Provide training to laboratory staff on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of microbiology diagnostic instruments.
- Assist customers in setting up and optimizing laboratory workflows for efficient microbiology testing.
Installation and Validation
- Conduct product installations, validations, and performance verifications at customer sites.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of clinical microbiology principles, techniques, and practices.
- Experience in a clinical microbiology laboratory preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Qualifications
Previous experience in the IVD-Industry application support and a good understanding of lab IT environment would be advantageous.
