Role Overview
Evotec is seeking a Scientist I to join our Anti-Infectives team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Scientist I, you will work under the guidance of the Principal Scientist in conducting pre-clinical studies primarily focused on virology.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain lab setups, including reagents and microorganism culture.s

Conduct experimental procedures in BSL-2 containment labs

Perform data collection, assist in data analysis, and contribute to scientific reports

Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality compliance standards

Maintain organized laboratory environments, including inventory and sample tracking

Collaborate across departments to support multiple ongoing research projects
