Job Description

Program Overview

The Oncology Internship Program is a 12-week full-time summer opportunity running from May to August 2026 in Spring House, PA. Interns will work in hybrid mode, reporting on-site three days per week. This role is part of the Clinical Scientist team, focused on the research and development of novel oncology therapeutics across Phase I to III clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Scientist Intern, you will:

  • Contribute to oncology clinical trials and research projects.

  • Assist with trial protocols, literature reviews, and study documentation.

  • Participate in Cross-Functional Trial Team (CFTT) activities.

  • Support data review, analysis, and clinical trial operations.

  • Gain exposure to Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), ICH guidelines, and regulatory processes.

  • Present your research at Johnson & Johnsonโ€™s annual global summer intern symposium.
