Job Description
As a Clinical Data Associate at Discovery Life Sciences, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing clinical data to support research studies and biospecimen collection. You will review electronic medical records (EMRs), ensure data accuracy in Salesforce, schedule clinical site appointments, and coordinate sample shipments. This onsite role in Huntsville, AL requires attention to detail, collaboration, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze electronic medical records (EMRs) to identify potential donors of biospecimens.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical data entered into Salesforce.
- Create and manage appointment schedules for tissue sample collections.
- Send shipment summaries and follow up on customer shipment notifications.
- Support clinical data processes with precision, timeliness, and compliance.
- Maintain consistent attendance and work on-site at Huntsville, AL.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred.
- Prior experience in biotech or medicine is desirable.
