Clinical Research Job – Key Responsibilities
Your daily project management and operational duties will focus on the coordination of the European GIMM-CARE project:
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage GIMM-CARE project activities specifically related to the clinical research area, ensuring strict alignment with institutional timelines and European reporting requirements.
- Transversal Liaison: Act as a central, transversal liaison between internal clinical research teams, VHIR leadership, and external international stakeholders.
- Systems & Governance: Support the daily implementation, optimization, and governance of core clinical research management systems, including CTMS, SAP, and ASSCLI databases to streamline this Clinical Research Job.
- Process Improvement: Coordinate and attend cross-functional stakeholder meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical trial workflows across the entire Vall d’Hebron Campus.
Qualifications & Requirements For Clinical Research Job
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Health or Life Sciences paired with a mandatory Master’s degree in Clinical Research or Biomedical Sciences is required for this Life Science Job. (A Master’s in Clinical Trials Management or Team Management is highly desirable).
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience working in healthcare or clinical research environments, with a proven track record in European or externally funded projects.
- Linguistic Fluency: Professional proficiency and multilingual fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English are strictly required to interact with local and global partners.
- Skills: Solid knowledge of clinical research methodologies, familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and experience utilizing Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) or Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Logistics: Full-time contract (37.5 hours per week) linked to the project activities, offering stability until April 30th, 2029, in Barcelona, Spain.
