Job Summary
- Deliver assigned tasks from assigned brand/category.
- Support interaction with business partners.
- Assist with formula development and stability evaluation.
- Provide an applied approach to problem-solving on a day-to-day basis.
- Seek solutions to technical problems.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct experimental tasks and analyze data.
- Communicate lab experiment results.
- Keep detailed written records of experimental work.
- Recommend new product evaluation methods.
- Ensure activities are conducted according to Quality requirements.
- Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments on new technology.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree – MAJOR: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Material Science, Biotechnology or Cosmetic Science
- 1-2 years of Consumer Goods Industry Experience Preferred.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
