Job Description
ICON plc is seeking a motivated IHCRA to support and monitor clinical studies. This role involves managing study sites, ensuring compliance with protocols, and supporting regulatory submissions to drive successful clinical trial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, train/initiate, and close out study sites.
- Manage study sites, protocols, amendments, and deviations to ensure data accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents for IRB/IEC submissions.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sponsors and patients at all times.
- Participate in meetings with Project Managers and project teams.
- Support site and patient enrolment strategies to meet recruitment targets.
- Build knowledge of and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
- Previous experience in clinical research or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- High attention to detail and strong task prioritization skills.
