The Role:
We seek an enthusiastic, competent, and self-motivated Associate Scientist to join our team at Life Edit Therapeutics. The ideal candidate will have a background in molecular biology and NGS to assist in expanding our off-target platform.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and troubleshoot molecular biology and cell biology experiments
- Contribute to the analysis of experimental data for research meetings and reports
- Collaborate with Computational Biology and Research groups
- Assist in day-to-day laboratory operations
Requirements:
- B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field with 0-2 years of experience
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques and DNA sequencing
- Experience in biochemical isolation and analysis techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with genome editing technology and NGS techniques preferred
