Position Summary
This position is responsible for purifying proteins and polyclonal/monoclonal antibodies in a GMP Lab, following GMP guidelines. Responsibilities include purifying proteins and antibodies through column chromatography, assisting in GMP bottling needs, equipment validation, and batch record documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Purification of proteins and antibodies
- Assisting in GMP bottling needs
- Validating equipment and ensuring lab readiness for audits
- Revising specifications and SOPโs as needed
- Ordering restocking supplies
- Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Establishing effective interpersonal relationships
- Planning, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and company policies
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Following company policies and safety guidelines
Requirements
This position requires a minimum of a Bachelorโs degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of experience. Chromatography experience is beneficial.
