Job Opening: Graduate Product Development Engineer – Chilled Dairy R&D F/H

About You:

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Food Science with Product Development specialization.

  • Less than 1 year of professional experience; prior internship in product development or process upscaling preferred.

  • Knowledge of chilled dairy or plant-based products is an advantage.

  • Strong digital skills; certifications in Data Science or IT are a plus.

  • Fluent English (C1).

  • Curious, organized, analytical, and a strong team player.

Program Structure:

This program combines two complementary missions within key departments:

1. Pilot & Creative Kitchen

  • Participate in ideation and prototype creation on pilot lines.

  • Contribute to trial planning and execution.

  • Develop expertise in unit operations.

  • Lead a continuous improvement project integrating digital innovation tools.

2. Product Development & Industrialization

  • Work on formulation and manufacturing processes for new chilled dairy and plant-based products.

  • Provide technical support to global markets to resolve quality, process, or formulation challenges.

  • Test and deploy new digital tools (AI, Power BI, Copilot, etc.) in product development workflows.

  • Analyze trial and tasting data to optimize development timelines.
