Pay Range: $40,300.00 – $66,250.00
Position Summary: The Research Associate will be responsible for the preparation, production, bottling, and packaging of stem cell and gene therapy (SCGT) medias. This role involves conducting QC testing and analysis of methylcellulose-containing media, cell culture of multiple cell lines, and production of components for various kits. Weekend work may be required.
Essential Functions:
- Manufacturing and bottling of various medias and products
- Chemical and reagent preparation
- Inventory tracking and maintenance
- Assisting in production and packing
- Following safety guidelines and company policies
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Job Specifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in the biological sciences or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of laboratory experience. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Skills in math, record-keeping, time management, communication, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
