Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field preferred. 0-2 years work experience in In Vitro diagnostics, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industry required.
Position Summary:
Responsible for processing and formulation of controls, calibrators, working solutions, and intermediates according to approved standard operating procedures. This role involves manufacturing quality products on schedule and utilizing knowledge of manufacturing in a laboratory setting.
Duties and Responsibilities of the role:
- Prepare products using approved procedures and maintain accurate records
- Analyze products and raw materials using automated and manual instrumentation
- Ability to Perform final release testing and aseptic procedures
- Assist in developing efficiency improvement strategies and maintain laboratory cleanliness
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required for the role:
- Ability to multitask and show initiative
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in a GMP and GLP environment
- Familiarity with biohazardous material handling and chemical safety procedures
