The Opportunity:
Reporting to Lab Manager, Quality Control, the Chemist will be responsible for performing and reviewing laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, intermediates, final drug substances, and stability batches in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Laboratories.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure tests are conducted in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance
- Participate in efficiency improvement and equipment qualification activities
- Conduct laboratory investigations and root cause analysis
- Review and revise Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain laboratory housekeeping, inventory, and stock control
- Develop competency in performing laboratory testing and equipment usage
What You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry / Biochemistry with prior working experience preferred
- 0 โ 3 yearsโ experience in pharmaceutical analysis preferred
- Technical competency in various laboratory equipment
- Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory expectations
- Ability to work regular hours or rotating shifts
