The Role:
Moderna is seeking a motivated Research Associate (RA) with a strong background in immunology and spectral flow cytometry to join the Therapeutics Translation Research (TxTR), Experimental Immunology group. The successful candidate will play a critical role in assay development, execution, and data generation to support key program and project decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute high-parameter spectral flow cytometry assays
- Develop and implement sample processing workflows
- Analyze experiments independently and troubleshoot as needed
- Act as a technical lead for cytometry assay development
- Collaborate across teams for regulatory submissions and presentations
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Immunology, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field
- Hands-on experience with primary human immune cells and functional assays
- Expertise in spectral and conventional flow cytometry
- Proficiency in high-parameter flow cytometry assay development
Additional Skills:
- Experience in immunoassays and cell processing
- Proficiency in flow cytometry data analysis
