Eligibility Criteria:
- High School Diploma/GED plus demonstrated Sanitation and supervisory/management experience
- Knowledge of chemical usage and safety
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Understanding of general industrial safety requirements
- Ability to maintain, train and support Lab equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the site
- Ability to work off shifts and weekends as needed
- Food industry experience
Required within the first (3) months
- HACCP certified
- PCQI certified
- SQF certified

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Compliance is Key – You will be responsible for ensuring microbial program & sanitation compliance. You will also be accountable for HACCP, line validations, as well as quality & food safety training for the facility to ensure said compliance & execution of required programs.
- Program Management – You will ensure allergen program management and compliance, inspection program management & the delivery of established metrics. Also, maintaining the site QFS Lab Budget to keep us financially on track.
- Continuous Improvement Focused – Bring your owner’s mindset to the table in this role as your help drive CI and HPO initiatives forward. You will work with partners to execute programs as well as ensure the management, adherence & achievement of plant SOP’s & KPI’s. Manage, support, and train the site QFS SOP Database.
- Safety First – Adhering to the required quality & food safety laws, regulations (OSHA & EPA), corporate policies & practices will fall in your lap. You will support the coordination & preparation for all internal & third-party audits.
- Lead with Excellence – You will manage, direct, train, develop, and support QFS Technicians while also ensuring they have the proper tools and chemical inventory to be successful.
