Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-plant analysis and audits of quality records

Collect and evaluate samples for packaging, deviations, and incubation

Administer the facility sampling program and collaborate with R&D

Input data and generate QA reports; calibrate lab instruments daily

Conduct post-process product evaluations and document findings

Manage internal databases and tracking systems for lab data

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Simmonsโ quality systems

Collaborate with internal departments to uphold product integrity
Qualifications:
- Degree or college coursework in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, or Chemistry

Prior Quality Assurance or lab experience preferred

Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, thermal processing, and Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and communication skills

Must be able to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing environments
