Your Role as a Laboratory Associate I
As a key part of our Alphazyme team (a Maravai company), you will support the daily operations of multiple laboratory environments by ensuring they are clean, functional, and compliant. This includes solution formulation, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and more.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare finished and semi-finished product formulations to meet inventory and customer needs

Formulate buffers and solutions for internal and external use

Label, dispense, and package products according to specifications

Maintain accurate documentation to support GMP and ISO 13485 compliance

Collaborate with R&D and QC teams on sample prep and troubleshooting

Sterilize labware and maintain equipment hygiene
-
Monitor cleanliness and inventory through daily walkthroughs
-
Conduct routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
-
Assist with freezer defrosting, water refills, and special lab projects
What You Bring:
-
High school diploma (Bachelorโs degree preferred)
-
1+ years of experience in a laboratory or scientific environment

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-
Effective written and verbal communication skills
-
Basic knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in GMP/ISO settings is a plus
