Key Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Associate I for Reagents, you will be responsible for executing the daily manufacturing requirements against strict production schedules within a focused operation segment.

Your day-to-day laboratory and operational duties will include:

  • Production Execution: Deliver manufacturing requirements to hit production schedules for standard inventory, build-to-order, and contract-manufactured market products.
  • Material Qualification: Process incoming materials, production intermediates, and highly sensitive stability samples.
  • Documentation & Quality Control: Ensure the timely and accurate completion of manufacturing process documentation, related business system transactions, and the scanning/archiving of quality records.
  • Process Validations: Actively participate in the execution of equipment validations, process validations, and continuous process improvement projects.
  • Investigation & Issue Resolution: Support the investigation and resolution of findings impacting the Reagent Manufacturing Organization (including audits, non-conformances, CAPAs, and customer complaints).
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform and log timely maintenance and calibration of assigned manufacturing, measuring, and monitoring devices.
  • Safety & Environment: Maintain absolute cleanliness and integrity of the manufacturing lab and storage areas, adhering strictly to safety, disposal, and specialized gowning requirements.

Education & Qualifications Required For Life Sciences Job

To succeed in this Life Sciences Job, you need a solid foundational understanding of laboratory operations and the physical stamina to thrive in an active manufacturing environment.

  • Educational Foundation: An Associate’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a closely related field is preferred.
