About the Role

Join Takedaโ€™s Global Manufacturing and Supply (GMS) team and be part of a rapidly transforming industry that integrates technology, innovation, and patient care. Youโ€™ll play a key role in manufacturing life-saving therapies across four platforms:

  • Small Molecules
  • Biologics
  • Plasma
  • Cell & Gene Therapies

As a Manufacturing Associate, youโ€™ll perform both routine and critical cGMP operations in areas such as Cell Culture, Purification, Solution, and Equipment Preparation, supporting clinical and commercial product manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities of Life Sciences Jobs

  • Perform cGMP manufacturing operations following SOPs and Batch Records
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues
  • Record and analyze data using systems like LIMS and MODA
  • Prepare samples, review GMP documentation, and assist in equipment changeovers
  • Execute equipment/process qualifications and validations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and complete required training

What You Bring

  • Associateโ€™s Degree in Life Sciences
  • Biotech Certificate preferred
  • Knowledge of cGMP standards and aseptic techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
  • Ability to follow written technical instructions

Working Conditions of Life Sciences Jobs

  • Work in controlled environments with required protective gear
  • May involve exposure to chemicals (e.g., alcohols, acids, bases)
  • Ability to lift 25โ€“50 lbs, stand for long hours, and work multiple shifts, including weekends
  • Classified as Essential Personnel โ€” must report during inclement weather if needed
