Life Sciences QA Associate Job – Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality control sampling and testing of materials and products for identity, strength, quality, and purity.
- Conduct assays including DNA isolation, mycoplasma, endotoxin, myogenic differentiation, and desmin.
- Perform lot testing and assist with nonconformance investigations.
- Write quality plans and reports related to QC activities.
- Support method validation and establish new QC testing methods.
- Maintain laboratory facilities, cleanroom compliance, and manage inventory control.
- Perform cell culturing for lot testing and research purposes.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively across teams while demonstrating problem-solving and analytical skills.
Life Sciences QA Associate Job – Qualifications
- Education:
- Undergraduate degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, or Engineering OR
- 6 years of direct, relevant laboratory testing experience.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years in a laboratory testing environment.
- Basic knowledge of cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and biopharma regulations.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general lab equipment.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
