Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Virology, or related field.

0–2 years of relevant laboratory experience (ideal for recent graduates).

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily biological production tasks in the lab under GMP conditions.

Manage cell lines, including initiating, passaging, and cryopreserving cells.

Conduct viral infection processes such as infection, harvesting, clarification, inactivation, stabilization, and storage.

Monitor laboratory inventory and ensure the availability of biological production materials.

Follow SOPs and USDA regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
