The Mondelēz International Research & Development Internship 2025 is a 12-week paid internship program in East Hanover, New Jersey. Recognized as one of the Top 100 Intern Programs in the US, Mondelēz offers students hands-on exposure to product innovation, food safety, process development, quality assurance, and consumer science.
As an R&D Intern, you’ll work on meaningful projects that directly impact household brands like Oreo, Ritz, Toblerone, Cadbury, and Triscuit. Whether you’re researching new technologies, improving recipes, enhancing product sustainability, or developing consumer-inspired designs, your work will help shape the future of snacking.
Areas of Internship Focus:

Requirements:
