Job Description
The Junior Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Specialist will support regulatory compliance for product composition, labeling, and communications, while also contributing to local Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects. Working closely with Marketing, Quality, Application Groups, Nutritionists, Legal, and Packaging teams, you will help ensure product compliance in line with Italian and European food regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Italian and European regulatory frameworks and updates.
- Support validated action plans in response to regulatory changes.
- Contribute as a team member to local Information and Referral (I&R) projects.
- Act as a regulatory collaborator in I2L processes.
- Ensure compliance of recipes, raw materials, products, labels, and communications.
- Build strong internal networks with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Masterโs degree in Food Science and Technology, CTF, Biology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a food regulatory team or at least a 6-month internship in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food regulations and scientific matters.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and analytical mindset.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Italian and English (advanced).
